Big Weekend For Deep Bass In Big Apple

With the days getting longer and the nights getting warmer, the conditions are perfect for more outdoor events in New York City. The first weekend in June brings two glorious opportunities to catch leading deep bass artists bringing their limited tours to the Big Apple.

EAZYBAKED & Distinct Motive

On Friday, June 5, EAZYBAKED & Distinct Motive bring their co-headline tour to Superior Ingredients in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, for a three-room, full venue takeover from 6 pm to 4 am. The roof will be open from 6 pm for gorgeous golden hour and sunset views of the Manhattan skyline, with the room staying open until close with music from Phrva, Distinct Motive, EAZYBAKED, and a special b2b from the co-headliners as well.

The tour continues Saturday, June 6, with a show in Baltimore. They have four more shows left on this current co-headline run, taking place this August in Detroit, Boise, Charlotte, and Austin. If you can’t make the tour, they both have a full slate of festival appearances this summer, so check the links for EAZYBAKED and Distinct Motive at the bottom of the article for more info.

‘Park Service’ By Of The Trees

On Saturday, June 6, Of The Trees wraps up his short, three-city Park Service Tour with a show at the historic 40th anniversary of SummerStage, fittingly in New York City’s famous Central Park. Park Service is a curated tour designed with brand-new production and visual storytelling, blending music from his new Moonglade Park album, creative stage design, and unique environment into an immersive outdoor experience. Doors open at 5:30 pm with Snuffy, Chmura, and Jade Cicada rounding out the support for this exclusive tour stop that ends at 10 pm. Limited tickets are still available, so don’t delay.

If you won’t be around NYC to make it to SummerStage for Park Service this Saturday, then maybe a trip out to beautiful Telluride, Colorado, in August for Of The Trees’ second annual Camp Alderwild festival is in order. The two-day lineup is stacked, and the camping facilities are idyllic.

Summer will be here before you know it, but there’s still time to finish the spring season strong with some sweet bass in NYC this weekend. Moon Lvnding will be on the scene with recap reports for these events next week, and for everything else, check out the artists’ social links below.

Same Same But Different Unveils Massive Phase One Lineup For 2026

After a sold-out 2025 edition and a year marked by innovation, Same Same But Different Festival (SSBD) is set to return to the picturesque shores of Lake Perris, CA, from September 25 to 27. One of the few fan-owned festivals in the world, SSBD delivers a massive Phase One lineup yet again. Notable headliners such as Of The Trees, LSDREAM, Tape B, and Gramatik will grace the stage this coming year. Accompanying them are an eclectic mix of house and bass music producers, including Ship Wreck, KLO, Effin, Steller, Kasablanca, Wonky Willa, and many more.

Beyond the music, SSBD offers wellness workshops, including the return of LSDREAM’s Lightcode. This fan-favorite experience combines sound, meditation, and healing. Attendees can visit the Family Garden’s creative workshops and all-ages activities, participate in the community 5K, or enhance their weekend with VIP wellness experiences, including saunas, cold plunges, and recovery amenities. Nakey Island, SSBD’s exclusive boat-access-only retreat, also makes a comeback, featuring secluded beaches and open-air dance floors, making it one of the festival’s most popular attractions.

BUTWOOD STYLE!

Same Same But Different Festival (SSBD) recently announced “Butwood” as the 2026 theme for its “But” stage. Inspired by the Golden Age of Hollywood, the festival is turning into an interactive experience where attendees become part of the show. The grounds are reimagined as a living film set with a red carpet atmosphere, featuring prompts that allow fans to shape the weekend by developing characters and influencing the festival’s visual identity. This fan-forward-thinking, immersive touch invites attendees to be part of the magic, rather than just witness it.

Following a sold-out 2025 and 33% growth, SSBD emphasizes its community-first approach. It pioneered fan ownership, raising over $700,000 from fans and letting attendees become part-owners while maintaining independence. With 7,500 attendees, SSBD provides an intimate alternative to mega-festivals focused on connection, creativity, and shared ownership.

Of The Trees Announces Camp Alderwild 2026 With Daily Bread

Of The Trees is coming in hot with even more news for 2026. He recently released two new singles, “Dolori” and “Look Into My Eyes,” and announced an upcoming album, Moonglade Park. Tuesday, he posted a video on social media featuring voicemails from fans asking questions about this year’s edition of Camp Alderwild. Camp Alderwild is Of The Trees’ immersive, nature-forward concert experience in Telluride. Some also reminisced on their great experiences at the festival’s debut the previous year.

One voicemail in particular stood out. A familiar voice left the message, “Yo, so I’ve been thinking about Camp Alderwild almost daily, and I cannot wait to get to Telluride.” Fans immediately pointed out the intentional use of the word “daily.” This led many to believe Daily Bread would be making an appearance. The announcement finally revealed they were right.

Of The Trees has officially announced that Camp Alderwild is returning for its second edition on August 28 and 29 at Telluride Town Park. The two-day festival celebrates the intersection of music and the environment, with a clear focus on community and intention. As many fans predicted, Daily Bread is the first confirmed artist to join the festival. Both Daily Bread and Of The Trees are set to perform daytime and closing sets. In addition to performances at Telluride Town Park, attendees can venture into downtown Telluride for late-night programming, as well as hiking and exploration of the region’s renowned natural beauty.

Presale tickets will be available starting Tuesday, February 10, and fans can register in advance using this link. The event is all-ages, and all attendees will need a ticket for entry. More information on camping passes and the general on-sale will be announced soon. As well as additional details on activations and the full lineup. Of The Trees Expands Moonglade Park With “Look Into My Eyes”

After dropping his highly anticipated fan favorite track “Dolori,” the first single from his upcoming studio album Moonglade Park, Of The Trees is back with another undeniably bass-forward hit, “Look Into My Eyes.” Collaborating with Atlanta’s iconic hip hop duo EARTHGANG, the track showcases a different side of Of The Trees’ production compared to “Dolori,” highlighting the range of sounds and vibes listeners can expect across the upcoming album.

“It’s been a lot of fun working with Of The Trees on this record,” said EARTHGANG. “This record is one we think is an example of true collaboration. We both brought something from our worlds that created something fresh that we believe both of our fans will enjoy.”

First debuting in Atlanta and later featured in Of The Trees’ 2025 Electric Forest headline set, “Look Into My Eyes” pushes the boundaries of both hip-hop and electronic music, showcasing the forward-thinking creativity of each artist within their respective genres. The track is a genre-defying fusion of cinematic bass, immersive low-end sound design, and EARTHGANG’s intentional, hypnotic lyricism. The result is a dancefloor-ready yet introspective cut, driven by cinematic bass and a moody, atmospheric vibe.

Similar to the release of his first single, “Dolori,” Of The Trees and EARTHGANG have also dropped a music video alongside “Look Into My Eyes.” Filmed in Fairplay, Colorado, the video captures the genuine creative chemistry between the artists while showcasing the natural environment that inspired the album. Watch the newly released music video below.

OF THE TREES

Based in Denver and originally from Maine, Of The Trees has been captivating audiences with his signature blend of dubstep and hip hop, pairing expansive synth textures and layered chords with hard-hitting 808s. In 2016, he released two full studio albums, debuting Dream Atlas in February, followed by Duat later that July.

Over the past decade, he has collaborated with major artists like John Summit and Curren$y, amassed millions of streams across tracks such as “Spanish Moss,” “Windhorse,” and “Everglade March,” returned to Red Rocks for a second consecutive year this past November, and launched his two day immersive event Camp Alderwild, which blends music, nature, and community. These milestones marked the start of his 30+ date national bus tour, featuring support from artists like Opiuo, Detox Unit, and EAZYBAKED at iconic venues including The Salt Shed, The Hollywood Palladium, BayCare Sound, and Brooklyn Paramount. With most dates already selling out, fans are encouraged to secure tickets soon to catch the remainder of the tour at www.ofthetreesmusic.com/tour.

Now, nearly a decade after his previous studio albums, Of The Trees returns with Moonglade Park, a project that reflects on environmental preservation, memory, imagination, and creation within a world driven by noise, speed, and automation. Inspired by full album listening experiences, he took the immersion a step further by wiping his social presence and beginning the curation of the Moonglade Park universe through a companion website, www.moongladepark.com. The site acts as a digital storyteller, mapping fan experiences, tour stops, and music video releases while embracing a late 1990s retro national park aesthetic. With two releases already out, the album is shaping up to embody everything Of The Trees stands for: intentional music rooted in stillness, growth, and transformation.

EARTHGANG

Hailing from Atlanta, EARTHGANG is a Grammy-nominated, genre-bending hip hop duo known for their boundary-pushing sound and philosophical lyricism. After signing to Dreamville in 2017, the duo carved out a distinct lane as leading voices in progressive hip hop, blending Southern hip hop influences with a forward-thinking creative vision.

With hundreds of millions of global streams, EARTHGANG has collaborated with major artists including J. Cole, Young Thug, Curren$y, Wiz Khalifa, and CeeLo Green. Their cultural impact continues to grow, earning praise from outlets such as Rolling Stone, Pitchfork, Interview Magazine, NME, Highsnobiety, and VICE for their immersive storytelling and thoughtful reflections on modern culture. Their work often addresses timely issues, including artificial intelligence, environmental justice, mental health, and spirituality.

Beyond their music, EARTHGANG founded The EARTHGANG Foundation, a nonprofit focused on local empowerment initiatives and climate advocacy aimed at raising awareness and action around environmental injustice. In recognition of these efforts, the duo was honored at the White House by Vice President Kamala Harris and awarded their own EARTHGANG Day on April 27 by the city of Atlanta.

Of The Trees Comes Clean With “Dolori” And ‘Moonglade Park’

If you’ve been keeping up with Of The Trees, then you know something big is coming. After wiping his socials and linking a new website across his profiles and stories, he returns with his first solo single in almost two years. “Dolori” is his first look into his highly anticipated forthcoming album, Moonglade Park. Fans have been waiting for this track for a couple of years now, since it was most notably played during Of The Trees’ debut Electric Forest set and during his closing performance at his own multi-day event, Camp Alderwild. Check out the track below to step into the newest place to chill, Moonglade Park.

“Dolori” sets an emotional tone for Moonglade Park, transcending listeners through a spiritual and sonic journey. Goosebumps are an inevitable byproduct of this track, as the deep yet soft percussive bass layers with hypnotic vocals, ambient textures, and introspective sound design. Each bassline sends waves of emotion as Of The Trees consistently excels at landing at the intersection of nature, sound, and story.

Set across a series of diverse natural environments, his music video reflects the landscapes that inspired the forthcoming album and underscores the organic relationship between the music and the world that shaped it. The visuals move back and forth between a dancer immersed in a lush forest surrounded by colorful flowers, atmospheric scenes in the desert, rain-soaked moments in the forest, and firelit scenes where she dances outside beside a hauntingly beautiful flame.

Rather than following a linear path, the video flows intuitively between these settings, mirroring the track itself. Throughout, the dancer reaches what can only be described as a flow state, staying deeply in tune with the bass and the natural world surrounding her. Of The Trees directed fans to “Visit moongladepark.com,” offering an invitation into the world of Moonglade Park.

This release of “Dolori” is our first dip into the waters of Moonglade Park, Of The Trees’ long-awaited full-length album, filled with genre-defying tracks that blend downtempo electronica, cinematic ambient, and experimental hip-hop. Drawing inspiration from iconic albums such as Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon and Led Zeppelin’s Houses of the Holy, this LP is meant to be experienced in full, with the intention to slow down, reflect, and reconnect, especially in times of great uncertainty when hope is most needed. Check back for full coverage of the album as it drops, and don’t forget to keep up with all things Of The Trees at the links below.

Mission Success: VOYDOME Eye Of The Deceiver

SVDDEN DEATH‘s Voydome – Eye of the Deceiver show this past weekend was a Mission Success! Although it was cold and rainy outside, inside the Tacoma Dome, Svdden Death brought the heat. The Cvlt was summoned, and there was no stopping them. Graves were opened, and mosh pits were moshing.

The stacked lineup brought on the doom and darkness, featuring Svdden Death, Yvm3, PhaseOne, Of The Trees, The Stooges, Kill Safari, Space Laces, and more. The production and pyrotechnics at the Tacoma Dome were insane! The heavy, gritty bass had the venue shaking from the moment people walked through the door. The nonstop bass was overwhelming — even the security guards were locked in and headbanging whenever they could!

PhaseOne showcased his record label, Sounds of Mayhem, and brought out Joshusa, the lead singer of Banks Arcade, to perform a new song they are working on together. Flames were everywhere during Of The Trees’ set as he pumped up the crowd. Then the first-ever Svdden Death b2b with Yvm3 delivered an electrifying experience, with lasers slicing through the Tacoma Dome and bass filling the air. This b2b left no room for restraint. The mosh pits were relentless, and the energy was insane. The Svdden Death and Yvm3 had hearts racing all night long!

Night 2 kicked off with a bang as The Stooges (Hamro, Blvnkspace, and Sqishi) energized the crowd immediately and set the stage on fire. Then Yvm3 took the stage and threw down hard. He brought that same energy and elevated it tenfold! Kill Safari (Kill The Noise + Bro Safari) and Space Laces crushed their sets, revving up the crowd for the moment everyone had anticipated: VOYD.

Once the VOYD mask was on, the intensity reached another level. VOYD descended from the air to the decks, accompanied by creepy, demonic visuals as the stage exploded with indoor fireworks, 360-degree spinning rings of fire, and lasers slicing through the crowd. Rails were broken! Voydome sets are definitely worth a rewatch on YouTube to relive the descent into madness!

There was no shortage of headbanging, and while bruising was kept to a minimum, The Prince of Darkness delivered the madness, setting the bar high for future Voydomes. Cvlt members can look forward to more SVDDEN DEATH at Slander’s Starbase, EDC Las Vegas, Forbidden Kingdom, and North Coast! Join the Death Cvlt using the links below!
