The pre-party for Elements Music & Arts Festival is two days away, with the main event starting this weekend from Friday, August 8, through Sunday, August 10. Moon Lvnding collected all the most important details to ensure your flight plans are prepared for a festival experience that’s out of this world.
Arrival, Box Office, Check In
Essential to an enjoyable Elements festival are the 3-day or single-day wristbands. All Car/RV passes will be window clings affixed to the front of the vehicle. If you’re missing any of these items, you must stop at the box office to pick them up before arriving at the festival grounds. All other passes, like vibe villages, early arrival, glamping, and showers, are scanned using the QR codes through Tixr.
The new expanded service area at the Box Office is about 20 minutes from the site at the Northampton Community College, Pocono Campus, Tannersville, PA 18372. Hours start at noon on Thursday and from 9am during the festival. The box office closes at 11pm on Thursday and Friday, then 8pm on Saturday and Sunday. All Orange Vehicle Passes should use the address: 1234 Long Pond Road, Long Pond, PA 18334 and enter at Gate 3. This includes standard and premium car camping, most RVs (not Southside or Vibe Village), glamping, presets, ADA, and tent only. Hours start at 1pm on Thursday with the added early arrival pass, then at 10am on Friday and Saturday.
Purple Day Pass holders and Blue Vehicle Pass holders should use the address: 1 Hulman Drive, Long Pond, PA 18334. Single day visitors should go to Gate 6, while all blue pass holders should head to Gate 7. Vehicles with blue passes include Vibe Villages, commuters, Southside RVs, and Southside car camping, plus rideshare and pedestrians. Thursday hours start at 1pm with early entry and 10am during the festival.
Festival Map
Elements 2025 will be bigger and better than ever, boasting an expanded festival grounds with much better markers and signage for navigating the campgrounds. Check out the new placement of the Water Stage and expanded production and installations in the woods by the air stage.
Camping Map
The camping area around the festival grounds is split into a north side and south side. The Vibe Village on the south side of the festival has its own map and key to locate the individual group campsites.
Theme Days
Each of the four elements is paired with a theme for each day of the festival. Thursday is air, Friday is water, Saturday is earth, and Sunday is fire. There are even prizes for the best outfits based on user submissions. Check the festival website for full details.

New this year is the exclusive Entourage Pass, with behind-the-scenes experiences, backstage access, and a slew of other VIP perks, including $100 daily food credits and a dedicated concierge team.
