We’re back with more Moon Lvnding Monday Musings, a place to highlight the EDM news, tours, albums, and events that captured our attention. There is so much incredible music building up in my inbox I need to share it with you.
Albums & Tours
Top of the list is one of my all-time favorite OG dubstep producers — Rusko. Last Friday, February 28, Rusko released 1 Man Army, his first solo EP in over two years. The 5-track EP dropped via Monstercat and unleashed three fresh tunes along with the two previously released singles.
Rusko will be on tour for his new EP, so check out the tour poster to see if he’s coming to a city near you. Moon Lvnding is excited to cover Rusko’s show at The Brooklyn Monarch, one of the borough’s best bass venues.

Grabbitz is another standout artist who grabbed headlines last week with a new album. Big Epic Nothing was released on Grabbitz’s label imprint Blue Butterfly Records. With 11 songs, the album highlights Grabbitz’s powerful vocals and ability to meld EDM with rock influences.
“This album is a reflection of everything I’ve been through — musically and personally. It’s my story of finding beauty in chaos and creating meaning from emptiness,” Grabbitz shares. Grabbitz is currently on tour with Sullivan King through April 2025, so keep an eye on his socials for announcements about his plans for the rest of the year.
Standout Singles
Back on February 13, GHENGAR, the alter-ego of DJ/producer Ghastly, released a chilling new single “HELP MEEEE!!!” on his label Haunted Haus Collective. GHENGAR explains, “It fuses the high-energy spirit of video games with the raw power of heavy bass, delivering a dynamic blend of intensity and playfulness. With its meticulously crafted sound design, the track builds a vivid sonic universe where dubstep and gaming collide in perfect harmony.”
Ghastly and GHENGAR embody a unique duality, traversing the spectrum of electronic music, from Ghastly’s signature melodic sound to GHENGAR’s aggressive bass production. Fans can experience the debut performance of Ghastly vs. GHENGAR for a special two-night doubleheader on June 27 + 28 at The Observatory in Orange County.

Finally, Wax Motif teamed up with Truth x Lies for the new single “Choose Violence,” which was released on February 21 via Wax Motif’s Divided Souls Records. The track is club-ready with pounding kicks, warped synths, and a hypnotic vocal loop. “We started this track last year when we were on tour together and it started getting really good reactions,” Wax Motif shared. “When I opened with it at Hard Summer, I really saw it go off and told the boys, ‘We gotta finish this one ASAP.’“
I hope you enjoyed our quick-hitting format of EDM stories. We’ll be back soon with our next edition of Monday Musings. In the meantime, if you have any news or events you’d like us to feature next time, let us know with a comment on our socials.
