Stryer Releases Massive Dubstep Tune “Abandon Ship”

One of bass music’s rising stars, Stryer, has been turning heads with his blockbuster collabs and electric live performances. Since he first dropped “Abandon Ship” in his Lost Lands set, fans have been clamoring for it to be released. The wait is finally over; the hard-hitting bass that captivated the crowd has been released to the public!

“Abandon Ship” opens with a tense atmosphere that sets the tone for the rest of the song. Blending a spacey organic sound with intermittent electronic glitches, the song drags the listener into a building chaos that finally erupts. Leaning on the half-note rhythms that goad you into breaking your neck, the track slams down energy that’s sure to set fire to a crowd.

After a short 8-bar build, “Abandon Ship” introduces a huge switch in the second drop. Departing from the previous brutality, the track shifts into a deep, grimy mood. While keeping some of the spirit from earlier, it produces bulky new sub-bass and downsampled sounds. With only one more break, it releases into the final apex to blow the listener away.

Stryer already has plenty of huge releases under his belt, but “Abandon Ship” is poised to be the biggest one yet. Full of all the things any bass music fan loves, we can absolutely hear this one being blasted at festivals across the world. With 2024 just getting started, Stryer has plenty more coming our way soon. Be sure to check out the rest of his tracks and keep up with him using the links below!
