EAZYBAKED Teams Up With Daggz On “WYAWYS”

After kicking off the new year strong with their groundbreaking Respawn EP in February, EAZYBAKED is back with another hit. Collaborating with Daggz, they have released a new single, “WYAWYS.” Unlike the introspective nature of Respawn, this track delivers unfiltered, bass-heavy energy, reminiscent of their releases like “Certified” with Montycler and their official Zeds Dead remix of “Rude Boy.”

This tune was honestly inspired by a voice memo our brother Okaykayo sent over,” EAZYBAKED shared. “We clipped the ‘WYAWYS’ because it just felt so gangster, and it really set the tone for the idea and structure of the song. Once the tune was in a decent place, we had the idea of sending it to our bro—the legend, Daggz. This was our first time jumping on a song together, and it happened very seamlessly. He brought the track to new levels!

We want people to feel like savage beasts running in the wild,” EazyBaked continued. “We want people to feel kinda lost and sorta confused but also content and ready to rage. The main challenge, to be honest, was getting the artwork dialed—haha. We are so stoked to have the record out and hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed making it.

Blending immersive bass with cutting-edge sound design, “WYAWYS” delivers high-energy rhythms and powerful basslines to get the crowds moving. The track’s hypnotic vocals, “Where you at? Where you stay?” layer seamlessly over heavy drops, creating an electrifying atmosphere. With its festival-ready sound, this collaboration between EAZYBAKED and Daggz is set to leave a lasting impact.

The boys randomly sent me some stems with Okaykayo,” said Daggz, “and I was instantly hyped on them. Tried a bunch of different sounds and flows out, landed on this wet, juicy slurky saw wave that kinda fit the vibe of the vocals perfect and defined the drop. When I first heard the vocals I thought ‘anxiety,’ that feeling of being overwhelmed especially when slightly faded and in a busy social setting lol. Was trying to embody that a bit, kinda trippy but still edgy, tried to keep it gangster and angsty to match the energy of the drums and vox. Ultimately I think we got ourselves a pretty not-been-done-before type tune, those are usually my favorite kind 😉

EAZYBAKED continues its run of shows, joining Zeds Dead, Subtronics, and Black Tiger Sex Machine on select dates across the U.S. Fans can catch them live at Mana Wynwood in Miami, FL on March 27 and the Tacoma Dome in Washington on April 5.
