The stage is set, the lineup is locked, and the anticipation is electric. Suwannee Hulaween is back with its 11th annual edition, and it’s bigger and better than ever! Featuring some of the biggest names across rock, bluegrass, jazz, indie, house, techno, DnB, Dubstep, and everything in between, this festival has everything you could want—and then some. From October 24 to October 27, 2024, the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Florida, will transform into a multi-genre wonderland. Brace yourselves for a festival experience that will be music to your ears and a feast for your senses.
After an incredible sold-out 10th anniversary in 2023, the festival aims to take things up another notch. This year, the festival’s original co-founder Michael Berg, who has been instrumental in its evolution year after year, reacquired ownership of Hulaween with the help of his business partners Chris den Uijl & Aaron Ampudia.

A Kaleidoscope of Genres
This year’s lineup reads like a who’s who of the music world, with headliners that span rock, punk, blues, and more. Deadheads rejoice! Hulaween will host the world debut of The Bobby Weir Incident, a once-in-a-lifetime collaboration between Grateful Dead co-founder Bobby Weir and The String Cheese Incident. This epic crossover will close out the festival with two consecutive sets, delivering three hours of Grateful Dead classics that will leave fans spinning.
Festival-goers can also look forward to performances from Sublime (with original members Eric and Bud, featuring Jakob Nowell), the soulful sounds of the Black Pumas duo, and the awe-inspiring multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter Tash Sultana. The String Cheese Incident will once again keep crowds dancing headlining three nights with their vibrant, genre-blending performances. Not to be outdone, the festival welcomes funk band Umphrey’s McGee and bluegrass band Greensky Bluegrass back to Suwanee for more instrumental jams! “We love us some bands, but where’s the EDM?” Not to worry…
Beats for Everyone
The electronic lineup at Hulaween is nothing short of spectacular, catering to wonky wooks, house heads, and techno-snobs alike. Headliners making their festival debuts this year include UK DnB legends Chase & Status and Swiss melodic queen Nora En Pure. Exciting first-time Hulaweenies further down the lineup include melodic house giant Cassian, experimental bass trailblazer G Jones, West Coast house goddess J Worra, Chicago bass trio Levity, and rising trap star LYNY amongst others.
After many years of peak mixed-genre lineups, 2024 will see a magnificent array of veterans return to Spirit Lake. For those who crave bass drops, there’s brain-melting innovator Tipper, skyrocketing wub maestro Of The Trees, rising psychedelic bass producer Ravenscoon, ethereal bass queen CloZee, and WAKAAN label boss Liquid Stranger. Those with a fever for infectious rhythms will welcome the return of Black Book Records boss Chris Lake, house music master LP Giobbi, electro-soul wizard Daily Bread, funk house virtuosos The Sponges, and Rules Don’t Apply label bosses Walker & Royce.
Beyond Music
Hulaween places particular emphasis on groundbreaking immersive aspects that take the festival to the next level. This year, Hulaween introduces the groundbreaking OFF LIMITS stage, a new 360-degree experience at Spirit Lake. Curated by DEF and featuring fire effects by Incendia and a Funktion-One sound system, this stage promises underground dance music like you’ve never experienced before. With over 20 surprise guests and artists yet to be announced, the OFF LIMITS stage is set to be a game-changer.
The immersive art at Spirit Lake is another highlight, with holographic projection mapping, mesmerizing light shows, and interactive installations that blur the lines between reality and fantasy. Sculptors, fire and metal workers, painters, and performance artists will all contribute to an environment that is as visually stunning as the music is captivating.
