Since the pandemic, REZZ has played at The Brooklyn Mirage, New York City’s premier club venue, each year. She planned to continue the tradition this year, with her show booked at the venue for Friday, May 30. But fate had other plans, as The Brooklyn Mirage was forced to postpone its reopening due to delays with its reconstruction and approval from the city.
Fortunately for REZZ fans, her team secured an alternative venue so the show would not need to be postponed or canceled. Instead of a nighttime event in Brooklyn, the show has been moved to a 5pm start at the SummerStage in Manhattan’s famous Central Park. The lineup also remains intact with a strong selection of talented support artists: Mersiv, Nostalgix, G-Space, and isqa.
Those who got their tickets through the DICE ticketing platform needn’t take any action; your DICE tickets will be valid for entry to the show at SummerStage. For anyone trying to send it last minute, final call tickets have been made available for the new venue via Ticketmaster, the ticketing partner for SummerStage. The new start time is 5pm, REZZ plans to go on around 8:30pm, and the show will end at 10pm according to Central Park sound ordinances.
REZZ’s show in New York City is one of just four shows she has penciled into her calendar for 2025, so this is a great opportunity to catch one of her bespoke performances this year. She will perform a second PORTAL show at Washington’s Tacoma Dome on September 26 and host REZZ ROCKS VII at Colorado’s Red Rocks for back-to-back shows on October 18 + 19. Alternatively, REZZ has a busy schedule for all the festival lovers with appearances at Rampage, Shambhala, Veld, Elements, and North Coast this summer.
With a big show on deck, REZZ will unleash a bunch of her freshest tunes at Central Park, including a long-awaited release of her classic “Contorted” and a collab with Chuurch titled “Telepathy,” which both dropped earlier in May. REZZ finishes May with one more song release, “entropy,” scheduled for Friday, May 30. It’s a trippy new tune with Anyma featuring Fknsyd, which REZZ teased in a post on X earlier today.
Regardless of the venue, Friday’s REZZ show will be an evening to remember. New tunes are plentiful, the support is strong, and it’s an incredible opportunity to see REZZ play at one of NYC’s landmark locations.
