British house duo Prospa dropped a new single last week on CircoLoco Records that grabbed my attention. “This Rhythm” featuring RAHH shows their ability to blend classic disco sounds with a modern house backbeat and catchy lyrics to make another successful tune.
“We were yearning to make something simple yet vocal-filled and groovy,” say Prospa. “With RAHH from Manchester and us from Leeds, the connection was instant. This song is about the relationship between music and the body, how rhythm and the passion of dance bring us together. It’s a testament to working with such a wonderful vocal. Moon Lvnding was on hand to enjoy this new single as well as the hit tracks from their summer EP If You Want My Lovin’ at an exclusive basement boiler room pop-up event in Brooklyn on Wednesday, October 30. Presented by Brooklyn’s RAW CUTS, Prospa had the packed crowd grooving to their engaging house beats for the full 90-minute set without a mobile phone in sight. The vibes were immaculate!
