Hard dance’s High Priestess is preparing for the start of a new lunar cycle. Sara Landry officially announced that her sophomore album, Divine Intervention, is coming later this year via her label, Hekate Records. If the first three singles are any indication, fans should expect her most ambitious body of work yet.
Alongside the announcement comes the album’s third single, “Angel Dust,” a collaboration with Hekate favorite, 19-year-old Alex Farell. Released today on Hekate, the track continues to showcase the sonic evolution she’s been teasing throughout the year. After establishing herself as one of the defining forces in hard techno, Landry appears to be stepping outside the genre. The album’s first two singles, “Hands Up” and “Shake That,” traded relentless hard techno energy for a sound rooted in neo-rave and hard bounce.
Divine Intervention arrives on October 16, just one week after she makes her Red Rocks Amphitheatre headline debut. This milestone marks another massive achievement in her career. It also follows the success of her critically acclaimed debut album, Spiritual Driveby, which arrived two years prior in October 2024.

Landry stated, “I’m beyond excited to be announcing my second album. My first album was the greatest joy of my life to create and this far surpasses that. ‘Divine Intervention’ is a continuation of that feeling that we are all energetically linked – and that sound can’t be boxed into categories. This album is about bringing people together to dance – I’m trying to capture that moment where people lose themselves on the dancefloor and then give them that extra push to go deeper into their own universe. I can’t wait to share this with you all this fall.”
“Angel Dust” offers another glimpse into that vision. It’s built around a pumping bassline, driving kick, shimmering hi-hats, and celestial synth work. While its BPM keeps the momentum high, it’s more hypnotic hard trance than high-energy hard techno. Sara Landry and Alex Farell create an immersive atmosphere that slowly pulls listeners deeper into its divine soundscape. It balances intensity with emotion in a way that has become a hallmark of Landry’s recent productions.
With three singles now available, Divine Intervention is shaping up to be much more than a follow-up album. It feels like the next chapter in Sara Landry’s artistic evolution. It expands her sound while staying true to the energy that has made her one of the biggest names in dance music.
