Collusion Do The “Work of God” With Their Latest Release

Dutch rawstyle duo Collusion have been slowly making their way in the hard dance scene since 2021. They’re lifelong friends who developed a love of rawstyle in 2014. Over the last two years, they’ve released tracks on Break The Rules Records, Savage Squad Recordings, and End Of Line Recordings as well as played Decibel Outdoor. In September, they signed with Limitless Agency and joined Theracords main label with their release “Night City 2.0,” a sequel to the first track they ever released. They are back with their latest single “Work of God” which dropped on November 2nd on Theracords Records.

Collusion are known for sampling video games in their tracks, this time they took lyrics from documents that are found in the Rise of The Tomb Raider game. They are also known for their use of glitched out screeches and synths, which pan back and forth throughout the track. As rawstyle artists, distorted kicks are the most important part of their tracks, and Collusion cycles through a few different styles, from laser kicks to gated kicks, with a few kick rolls thrown in for good measure. All of these combine to create a two and a half minute cinematic experience full of energy that could definitely be used as the soundtrack to a video game.

Collusion are just getting started and we can’t wait to hear more and see where they go from here. Continue to follow Collusion’s rise through the rawstyle ranks by using the links below.
