There are three things guaranteed in the Arizona summers: heat, monsoons, and Splash Down. This year finds the event being hosted again at the temporary alias “Not The Goat Farm,” in which the actual address of the event is held secretly until the night prior to the event. But what makes Splash Down special is that it is technically in very loose terms an “invite only” event. Meaning that you have either been a past attendee who will get an opportunity to buy a ticket again, or that you have been invited by someone else. The motto for inviting ones who have not attended in past years is “Invite the best humans you know. Invite the people with the best character from your friend group.”
Splash Down has also consistently demonstrated its unwavering dedication to assisting non-profit organizations throughout the years. A notable example of this commitment is their ongoing support for Teach One to Lead One. This organization is focused on a noble mission– offering educators across the nation constructive mentoring initiatives designed for students from kindergarten to twelfth grade. This is a non-profit that the founders of Splash Down volunteer at on a weekly basis.
Splash Down always packs a punch with their lineups, booking the best talent coming out of Arizona alongside the main attractions to the event, the secret headliners. From years past, Splash Down has boasted some incredible names as the secret headliners. From artists like Ciszak, Fish Scale, TRST., and Ekonovah last year, to Ranger Trucco, Freak On, and The Hotel Lobby the year prior. Also, who could forget Splash Down 3, where Ghastly had everyone inside the original Goat Farm during a dust storm to play what felt like a main stage performance.
