Beyond Wonderland OFFICIALLY Next Festival POSTPONED in COVID-19 Pandemic Scare

Story by: Nick Lamoureux

Governor Gavin Newsom (CA) has called for all events of 250 people or more in California to be canceled or postponed through at least March.

There had been much speculation about the state of upcoming festivals, but I took the time to call the NOS Event center and they confirmed for me today that it is in fact POSTPONED.

A source close to Moon Landing from Insomniac expressed yesterday today that “the local government [had been] putting more and more pressure on us everyday” to cancel the event. Postponement is officially rescheduled to be June 19th and 20th.

Pasqual Rotella, Founder of Insomniac issued a statement yesterday via his Twitter account. It stated, “Hi Headliners. I’m gathering details right now to address many of your questions. Love you all. Stay tuned for more info.” Today, responded with the news.

Another major Insomniac event in question currently is the fate of arguably the largest Dance Music Event in the United States, Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas, otherwise known as EDC.

We should learn the fate of EDC here within the next couple of weeks as we wait for Las Vegas health officials to continue to watch this Coronavirus story unfold.

As of right now, there is no official ruling on EDC’s fate other than that it’s still on. Stay locked in to Moon Landing’s social media for more updates as they come in.
