Paganotto grew up in the perfect environment to foster musical talent. Her father was a DJ in the 80s and raised her on a variety of music, ranging from jazz to goa. This musical upbringing makes itself apparent in her signature sound, a heart-stopping mixture of thundering psytrance baselines and sexy techno high hats.
Psy-tech as a genre is relatively new compared to its techno and trance origins and is quickly rising in popularity as artists like Indira Paganotto take hold. Combining a seamless, more raw version of psytrance, with elements of classic techno, the genre is a high BPM journey into darkness that grips listeners into a groove.
